Here is how it works, in three steps. First, it reads your approved documents once, up front, and turns them into ready answers, each tagged with where it came from and how confident it is. Then, when someone asks a question in plain language, it answers in seconds from those ready facts and shows the exact source. And if a policy is unclear or out of date, it says so and routes the question to a person, instead of inventing an answer.
