No SLA or support commitment.
Beta Services are provided with no uptime, availability, response-time, or support commitments. We may suspend, limit, or modify a Beta Service at any time.
As is.
Beta Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Data may be reset.
Data in a Beta Service may be modified, deleted, or reset at any time without notice. Do not use a Beta Service as your system of record; export anything you need to keep.
Do not submit sensitive data.
Do not submit regulated, special category, or otherwise sensitive personal data to a Beta Service. The DPA applies to personal data in Beta Services, except that Section 5 objection rights and Section 9 audit rights do not apply.
Feedback license.
You grant Happy Technologies a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback, suggestions, and ideas you provide about a Beta Service, without restriction or obligation. Feedback does not include your data or content.
Term and conversion.
We may end a Beta Service or your access to it at any time. If a Beta Service becomes generally available, continued use of the GA version is governed by the then-current Agreement and pricing; we will give notice before any charge begins.
Liability cap.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of a Beta Service will not exceed US $100. Nothing in this Addendum limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
