Our Story
Happy Technologies was founded on a simple belief: enterprise technology should serve people, not the other way around. We're an AI-native ServiceNow consulting firm based in Arlington, VA, combining deep platform expertise with modern AI tooling to deliver better outcomes for our clients.
We also build standalone software — PulsePlus, GDPR Guru, HappyPath — and contribute to the open-source community with our ServiceNow MCP Server and AI Skills Framework. Everything we do is guided by empathy, transparency, and a genuine commitment to making work better.
The People Behind Happy Technologies
Nick Zitzer
With over 12 years of ServiceNow experience, Nick has delivered complex implementations for federal agencies (DoD, USDA, HHS, DHS, DOL), Fortune 500 companies, and healthcare organizations including the Cleveland Clinic.
His career spans leadership roles at IBM, ICF, NetImpact Strategies, and Tusk LLC. Nick built the US Army's first gamification platform on ServiceNow and pioneered the IBM Watson + ServiceNow integration for the State of New York.
He's the creator of the open-source ServiceNow MCP Server (1,800+ downloads, 44 tools) and AI Skills Framework (47 skills).
