About

Operators, not theorists.

We've delivered governed digital services in some of the most demanding regulated environments. Happy Technologies is the platform we wished existed, so we built it.

Our story

Tools were never the problem.

Happy Technologies was founded on a simple belief: enterprise technology should serve people, not the other way around. After more than a decade delivering ServiceNow and ITSM in federal agencies, Fortune 500s, and healthcare systems, one pattern kept repeating: organizations had no shortage of tools, workflows, and now agents. What they lacked was an executable operating model to run them safely.

So we built the platform we wished existed: a governed AI-native IT platform where governance, knowledge, context, and adoption work as one system. We still ship open source, the ServiceNow MCP Server and AI Skills Framework, because credibility comes from working code, not slideware.

What we believe

Three values that guide the work.

Empathy

We design for humans. Every service starts with understanding your people, not just your processes.

Governed by default

Control and transparency are built in. No hidden fees, no confusing contracts, no vendor lock-in.

Evidence over hype

We lead with grounded claims, clearly labelled. If something is illustrative or research-backed, we say so.

How we work

Small team by design.

No layers of account managers. No junior consultants learning on your budget. You get direct access to senior expertise, honest communication, and a platform built to keep humans in control.

Senior-only delivery

The people who scope the work are the people who do it.

Direct access

Talk to the principal, not a hand-off chain.

Humans stay in control

Governance and authority boundaries are never optional.

Let's work together.

Whether you're exploring the platform or want to talk through a governed AI strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
