Customer Bill of Rights

The commitments we hold ourselves to — not because a law forces us, but because it's the right way to treat the people who trust us. These aren't perks. They're your rights.

Your data is yours

You own the data you put into our products and share with us. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to deliver and improve what you're paying for.

We never sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Selling customer data is not our business model and never will be — and we don't feed it to third-party AI training.

Take your data with you

You can export your data in standard, portable formats at any time. If you decide to leave, we'll help you move — no hostage-taking, no lock-in by obscurity.

Delete it on request

Ask us to delete your data and we will, within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires us to retain. You'll get confirmation when it's done.

Radical transparency

We tell you plainly what we do and don't claim. See exactly which security attestations we hold — and which we don't yet — on our Trust & security page. Verify, don't trust.

Fair, transparent pricing

Clear pricing, no hidden fees, no surprise charges. If a price changes, we give you notice in advance, and the change doesn't take effect on your current term until renewal.

Real legal recourse

We do not force binding arbitration and we do not ban class actions. You keep your right to take a dispute to court. We just ask you to talk to us first — see our Terms.

Control & privacy rights

Access what we hold about you, correct it, opt out of marketing, and control who sees your data. California (CCPA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents have additional rights — detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Security & protection

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest on enterprise cloud infrastructure, and we're honest about our posture rather than hiding behind badges. Details on our Trust & security page.

Responsive support

Real people, clear response-time commitments, and no runaround. Specific service levels are set in your engagement agreement, and we hold ourselves to them.

Freedom to leave

No traps. Your cancellation and renewal terms are stated plainly in your agreement, you keep access through the term you paid for, and you can export everything on the way out.
